is an advanced course for mediation training in
Divorce & Child Custody, as
required to mediate court-referred disputes as indicated in the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act § 154.052, Tex. Civ. Prac.
& Rem. Code Ann. The certification course is 30 hours of
training in
family law, family dynamics, child
development, family violence, practice considerations, theory,
replete with skill building exercises and role-plays.
